Disclosed are a rock soil geologic body drilling deformation testing device and a testing method thereof. The device comprises a regular polygonal columnar base (215), wherein a mounting groove is provided in each side face of the base (215), cantilever beam-type elastic rods (212) are fixed via the mounting grooves, and a strain meter (213) is attached to each of an upper surface and a lower surface of each cantilever beam-type elastic rod (212) to form a single cantilever beam-type displacement measuring meter; and outwardly-diverging positioning screws (211) are mounted on a top end of each cantilever beam-type elastic rod, the positioning screws (211) serve as contacts to be in close contact with a hole wall, and a hole diameter deformation signal is received and is transmitted to a sensing element. Multi-point synchronous measurement in the same cross section is realized, the directionality of drillhole deformation is fully considered, the method is suitable for various types of geologic drilling, and by testing amounts of deformation of the hole wall of the drillhole in different orientations, the shape of the deformed drillhole is obtained; and by adjusting the outward extending length of the positioning screws, the amounts of deformation of drillholes with various hole diameters are obtained.
