Floats (10) are formed so as to project from bodies (11), and comprise coupling parts (12) used to couple the floats (10). Shaft holes (12A) are provided in the coupling parts (12), and the floats (10) are coupled by overlapping the shaft holes (12A) of the coupling parts (12) and inserting rotational shaft members (30) into the shaft holes (12A). The shaft holes (12A) are configured so that the rotational shaft members (30) are inserted horizontally thereinto, and the coupling parts (12) rotate around the rotational shaft members (30), thereby enabling the coupled floats (10) to rotate upward or downward.
