A biochemical reaction device and a casing mechanism thereof (10). The casing mechanism (10) comprises: a first carrier (11), the first carrier (11) being provided with at least one first through hole (111); at least one connecting member (12), wherein each connecting member (12) corresponds to each first through hole (111), each connecting member (12) is provided with a second through hole (123), the second through hole (123) is in communication or overlaps with the first through hole (111), and each connecting member (12) is further provided with a joint portion (121); and at least one casing (13) having two opposite ends, wherein one end thereof is an open casing end (131), and each casing is detachably connected to the joint portion (121) of the connecting member (12) by means of the open casing end (131).
