A heating mechanism for a biochemical reaction device. The heating mechanism comprises a heat conducting body (10) and a temperature control component (20). The heat conducting body (10) comprises: at least one accommodating recess (11), each accommodating recess (11) comprising an accommodating chamber (112) and an opening in communication with the accommodating chamber (112); a clamping hole (12), wherein the clamping hole (12) is in communication with the opening and capable of receiving a reaction tube; and at least one heat conducting block (13), wherein each heat conducting block (13) is movably mounted in the accommodating chamber (112), one end of the heat conducting block (13) is connected to an elastic component (14), and the other end is provided with an abutting portion. The abutting portion of the heat conducting block (13) is located in the aperture of the clamping hole (12) and the heat conducting block (13) protrudes from the opening via the elastic component (14). The temperature control component (20) is connected to the heat conducting body (10), and capable of heating and regulating the temperature of the heat conducting block (13). The heating mechanism allows a reaction vessel to conduct heat energy by means of direct and reliable contact with a heat conducting block, such that reaction temperatures can be reached easily, accurately, and rapidly during reactions, thereby ensuring uniform reaction conditions and increasing reaction accuracy.
