Disclosed is an enhanced catchment drainage pipe structure for soft soil foundation reinforcement treatment. The enhanced catchment drainage pipe structure comprises a catchment pipe (10) and a catchment cylinder (20), wherein a plurality of protruding edges (11) are arranged circumferentially at intervals on an external wall of the catchment pipe (10), the protruding edges (11) are formed by means of extending radially outward from the external wall of the catchment pipe (10), and a water permeable filter membrane (12) against the protruding edges (11) covers the catchment pipe (10), so that adjacent protruding edges (11), the water permeable filter membrane (12) and the external wall of the catchment pipe (10) together form a fan-shaped cavity (13), and a bottom of the catchment pipe (10) is nested inside the catchment cylinder (20), an one-way valve (14) is arranged in a bottom end of the catchment pipe (10) that is at a predetermined distance from a bottom end of the catchment cylinder (20), a separation member (15) for dividing a lumen of the catchment pipe (10) into upper and lower portions is provided inside the lumen of the catchment pipe (10), a small gap exists between the separation member (15) and an internal wall of the catchment pipe (10), and a pressurization air pipe (16) with a bottom end in communication with the lower portion of the lumen of the catchment pipe (10) is provided outside the catchment pipe (10).
