A method for producing a neodymium-iron-boron composite magnetic material. The method comprises the following steps: A, mixing didymium metal powder with iron powder and boron powder to obtain a mixed system; B, placing the mixed system from step A in a vacuum furnace for vacuum sintering solid-melting to obtain a pre-alloyed powder; C, subjecting the pre-alloyed powder from step B to plasma flame treatment at 15000-20000°C, to melt the pre-alloyed powder into droplets, and quenching the dripped droplets with a temperature decrease from 15000-20000°C to 30-50°C in 0.1 seconds, to give a neodymium-iron-boron composite magnetic material. The production method achieves simple and rapid formulation, and easily regulated preparation of a neodymium-iron-boron composite magnetic material. The production method features low energy consumption, simple operation, and produces no pollution. The neodymium-iron-boron composite magnetic material is highly stable, high performance, and low cost. A neodymium-rich phase in the magnetic material is well controlled, ensuring the present invention is worthy of further promotion.
