The present invention provides a panel lighting device, a panel lighting test system and a testing method. The panel lighting device comprises: a support body; a worktable, being provided on the support body and used for receiving and fixing a detection panel; and a display screen, being provided behind the worktable and configured to provide a backlight for the detection panel and display a set image when a lighting test is performed, the set image being projected onto the detection panel to be superimposed and displayed. By adding the display screen capable of displaying any image behind the worktable of the panel lighting device, the invention not only provides backlight for the detection panel, but also can display bad images of the detection panel detected in the processing procedure in real time, so as to assist the inspector to determine causes of the defects. The display range of the display screen can be adjusted according to the size of different detection panels, achieving the purpose of not transmitting light through other non-detection panel areas on the worktable, and at the same time, change of fixtures can be avoided, reducing time and energy consumption, and improving the lighting test efficiency.
