A sliding block (2) and oil cylinder (1) connecting structure of a bending machine, comprising an anti-rotation mechanism and a stud (6). One end of the stud (6) is screwed to a piston rod (19) of the oil cylinder (1), and the other end is screwed to the sliding block (2); the anti-rotation mechanism comprises a first anti-rotation mechanism and a second anti-rotation mechanism; the first anti-rotation mechanism is disposed on the piston rod (19) for preventing the piston rod (19) from rotating around an axis of the piston rod; and the second anti-rotation mechanism is provided between the stud (6) and the sliding block (2) for preventing the stud (6) from rotating around the axis of the stud. The connecting structure can prevent loosening of the connection between the piston rod (19) and the sliding block (2), and improve the safety of running the bending machine.
