INCOMING CALL ASSIGNMENT METHOD FOR ATTENDANTS, ELECTRONIC DEVICE AND COMPUTER READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM

Disclosed is an incoming call assignment method for attendants. The method comprises the following steps: step 01: collecting basic information of attendants and seats, the basic information of attendants including service data of the attendants, and the basic information of seats including service satisfaction of the seats; step 2: performing level classification respectively on the attendants and the seats; performing star-rating classification on the attendants according to the service data of the attendants to form star-rating labels for the attendants, and performing priority classification on the seats according to the service satisfaction of the seats to form priority labels for the seats; and step 3: assigning the attendants to corresponding seats according to a preconfigured assignment policy. The incoming calls are targetedly assigned according to the star rating of the attendants and the priority of the seats, thus, facilitating the improvement of the service level of the attendants, increasing the effective utilization rate of seat resources and realizing optimized allocation of the seat resources.
