The vocal cord vibration of an operator is converted into a corresponding electrical signal through a vibration measurement unit. The electrical signal is amplified by a signal amplification unit, converted by a vibration signal A/D conversion unit and then transmitted to a signal processing unit for analysis processing to obtain a voice control command corresponding to the vocal cord vibration signal. The voice control command is comparatively matched with a standard voice control command to identify a vocal cord of the operator. A control signal corresponding to the vocal cord is sent to a hydraulic support controller wireless transceiver unit through a wireless signal transceiver unit. Meanwhile, the hydraulic support controller wireless transceiver unit feeds back a hydraulic support state parameter. The hydraulic support voice control system and method are simple to operate, the operator only needs to issue a voice control command, and a hydraulic support may make corresponding actions. The voice control command can be accurately identified in a noisy environment. The hydraulic support voice control method may be used as an auxiliary control method to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic support.
