[Problem] To provide: an augmented reality output system with which the state of each worker can be ascertained in real time, when a plurality of workers are present in a large-scale work site; an augmented reality output method; and a program. [Solution] The present invention is provided with: a worker position data acquisition module 311 for acquiring position data of workers; an attribute data acquisition module 312 for acquiring attribute data of the workers; a captured image acquisition module 313 for acquiring a captured image of a work location in which the workers are shown; and an attribute data output module 341 which outputs attribute data of the workers as augmented reality in prescribed positions in an image, on the basis of the worker position data and the position where the image of the work location was captured.
