The purpose of the present invention is to provide an intraoral massage tool capable of performing simple and effective intraoral massage and having a shape suitable for intraoral massage. This purpose is achieved by the intraoral massage tool which includes a head portion for pressing the oral cavity and a handle that is formed in an extending manner from the head portion, wherein at least a portion of a pressing surface of the head portion, which is for pressing the oral cavity, has a shape simulating the pad of a thumb and the length ratio for the major axis and the minor axis (length of major axis/length of minor axis) of the pressing surface is 17/10 to 3/1.
