The present invention relates to a pressure-operated disposable pain-free lancing device comprising: an upper case having an opened aperture at one end thereof in the longitudinal direction, having a closed other end opposite the aperture, having flanges at both sides thereof along the longitudinal direction, having guide bar grooves formed at the flanges, and having guide grooves formed in the guide bar grooves; a lower case having an aperture, flanges, guide bar grooves and guide grooves, which symmetrically correspond to those of the upper case, and having a launching spring fixing plate on the inner side of the other end; a needle body assembly having a cylindrical upper extended part, a lower extended part for allowing a bump spring to be inserted therein, a blood-collecting needle embedded in a needle body, a launching spring inserted into and fixed to the launching spring fixing plate, the bump spring, and a blood-collecting needle protection cap; and a pressing member, which has a cylinder part vertically operated through a hole formed by the apertures of the upper case and the lower case and having a passage such that the bump spring and the lower extended part of the needle body pass therethrough, two guide bars extended from the circumference of the upper portion of the cylinder part, a guide having a predetermined length and allowing each guide bar to slide along the upper and lower guide grooves, an inducement guide formed at the end of the guide bar, and a catching part formed inward at the end of the guide bar.
