The present invention relates to a nanostructure which can penetrate deeply into a cancer tissue and, more specifically, to a nanostructure which can selectively deliver a drug and nanoparticles to a cancer tissue by allowing the release of the drug and nanoparticles to be intelligently controlled according to the pH condition of the cancer tissue, and which also has a high nanoparticle and drug delivery efficiency by being capable of penetrating deeply into the cancer tissue.
