Disclosed are a ground photovoltaic power generation module unit and a ground photovoltaic power generation module. The ground photovoltaic power generation module unit (100) comprises: support frames (110) having a side face provided with an engagement portion (111); a photovoltaic assembly (120) having two ends fixedly engaged with the engagement portion (111); and load-bearing glass (130), with bottom faces of two ends thereof being fixed onto the top of the support frames (110), wherein a pre-set gap (140) is provided between the load-bearing glass (130) and the photovoltaic assembly (120). By means of arranging the support frame (110) to be supported on a road surface and to support the photovoltaic assembly (120), and arranging the load-bearing glass (130) to protect and cover the photovoltaic assembly (120), the ground photovoltaic power generation module unit (100) and the ground photovoltaic power generation module are low in installation costs, convenient for maintenance and time-saving, and can be installed under different roadbed conditions, and the photovoltaic assembly (120) can use a high-quality CIGS assembly, and has advantages such as a higher power generation efficiency, a shorter cost recovery time, and being economical for land utilization.
