The invention relates to a stapled peptide compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a magnetic resonance imaging agent and application thereof as well as a magnetic resonance imaging method. The stapled peptide compound has a structure of formula (I), wherein R1, R2, R3, Ln and Xaa are as defined in the specification. The stapled peptide magnetic resonance imaging compound can penetrate cell membrane, enter cell nucleus, and bind to the estrogen receptor located in the cell nucleus to specifically and target-selectively performing intracellular imaging.
