Disclosed is a heat recovery device in a high-concentration salty wastewater treatment process, the device comprising a clarification tank for treating high-concentration salty wastewater, wherein a heat absorption jacket is provided between an outer wall and an inner wall of the clarification tank, the heat absorption jacket is internally filled with a heat absorption medium, and a liquid inlet pipe and a liquid outlet pipe both in communication with the outside of the clarification tank are provided above the heat absorption jacket; and the inner wall of the clarification tank comprises a heat recovery layer, the heat recovery layer and the heat absorption jacket are opposite each other, and the heat recovery layer is made of a heat conduction material. Using the heat recovery device in a high-concentration salty wastewater treatment process, the heat generated during the dosing in the high-concentration salty wastewater treatment can be efficiently recovered, such that the heat for heating can be supplied for the other related procedures while the high-concentration salty wastewater is treated.
