Disclosed is a positioning head frame for gamma-knife treatment, the positioning head frame comprising a base ring (1), multiple upright rods (2) circumferentially arranged on the base ring (1), and multiple head nails (3) in threaded connection with the multiple upright rods (2), wherein the base ring (1) and/or the upright rods (2) are insulated. With the positioning head frame for gamma-knife treatment, by means of insulation of the base ring (1) and/or the upright rods (2), a conductive loop of the positioning head frame can be disconnected to ensure that an induced current generated by an induced electromotive force is not conducted to the head nails (3) so as to avoid the heating of the head nails (3) and prevent the head of a patient from being burned. Using an independent insulating sleeve (4) to disconnect the conductive loop can not only effectively disconnect the conductive loop of the positioning head frame, but also avoid changing the structure of the head nails (3) to ensure the durability of the head nails (3).
