The present invention provides a regional train control implementation method, comprising: train control centers segment intervals among a plurality of train stations into a plurality of virtual centralized regions (S301); the train control centers parse information of adjacent virtual centralized region ports, the segmented virtual centralized regions being internal intervals (S303); each of the train control centers controls a plurality of train stations or relay stations (S305). Compared with the prior art in which one train control center only controls one train station or relay station, the present invention reduces the number of points of fault of train control centers, improves the reliability of the train control centers, and reduces system costs.
