A first cutter portion (200) and a second cutter portion (300) are disposed at a front end of the tool body (100) in a longitudinal direction; the first cutter portion (200) extends in the longitudinal direction of the tool body (100), and the second cutter portion (300) is positioned at a rear side of the first cutter portion (200) in the longitudinal direction and protrudes from a surface of a main side in a direction approximately perpendicular to the surface of the main side of the tool body (100).
