The objective of the present invention is to provide an online recognition device, an online recognition method and a setting screen for use therein which enable an improvement in recognition accuracy even with insufficient learning samples. In order to achieve this objective, the online recognition device is configured from: a feature quantity extracting unit which extracts a feature quantity of input data; an identification result predicting unit which predicts an identification result on the basis of the extracted feature quantity; a predicted result evaluating unit which assesses the need for labeling from the predicted identification resu a correct answer assigning unit which assigns a correct answer to the input data, online, from the assessment resu a generator updating unit which updates a parameter of a generator on the basis of the input data with the correct answer; a pseudo learning data generating unit which builds a generator and generates pseudo learning data on the basis of the updated generator parameter; and an identifier updating unit which updates, online, a parameter of an identifier prepared in advance, on the basis of the data with the correct answer and the pseudo learning data; wherein the updated identifier is updated as a new identification result predicting unit.
