A cavity filter for preventing the deterioration of features of a cavity filter and a cover structure applied therewith according to an embodiment of the present invention include: a cavity filter comprising a housing one surface of which is opened and closed; and a cover which is provided in the same plate shape as the one surface of the housing and exists to open and close the cavity filter, and, to be compressed against the cavity filter when the housing is closed, comprises a plurality of bolt holes which are disposed at a predetermined distance and each have a protruding shape of a predetermined thickness greater than the thickness of any portion of the cover, wherein the bolt holes include a cover-fixing hole for fixing the cover, and a tuning bolt hole for tuning the cavity filter.
