A waterproofing structure of a slow cooking device, comprising a cylinder body (10), an upper casing (20), a panel (30), and a base (40); the upper casing (20) and the base (40) are mounted at a first end portion (10a) and a second end portion (10b) of the cylinder body (10) respectively, an upper casing waterproofing ring (101) being provided between the upper casing (20) and the first end portion (10a), while a base waterproofing ring (103) is provided between the base (40) and the second end portion (10b); the panel (30) is arranged at an end portion of the upper casing (20), and a panel waterproofing ring (102) is provided between the upper casing (20) and the panel (30). The waterproofing structure of a slow cooking device has stable and reliable waterproofing performance, achieves safety during the processing of cooking food by using the slow cooking device, and satisfies waterproofing and washing requirements of the whole machine. The present invention is highly convenient for users, while also preventing the risk of users being electrically shocked. The slow cooking device and the waterproofing structure thereof perform reliably, have a simple structure, are low cost, are highly safe and are convenient to use.
