A sea-air-land-dive four-environment tilting three-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle capable of vertical take-off and landing. A right rear airbag (13), an airbag controller (14), a left rear airbag (15), a cylinder (16) and a front airbag (17) are added to the three-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle; the right rear airbag (13), the airbag controller (14), the left rear airbag (15), the cylinder (16) and the front airbag (17) are all fixed to lower surfaces of a fuselage (1) and a main wing (2), wherein the right rear airbag (13), the left rear airbag (15) and the front airbag (17) are in an isosceles triangle layout, and the center of gravity of the sea-air-land-dive four-environment tilting three-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle is on the symmetrical lines of the isosceles triangle; and the right rear airbag (13), the left rear airbag (15) and the front airbag (17) are respectively connected to the cylinder (16) and controlled by the airbag controller (14). The unmanned aerial vehicle is switched between a vertical take-off and landing mode, a fixed-wing mode, a water surface navigation mode and an underwater diving mode by means of a method for controlling a diving gear and a tilting three-rotor device, so that the unmanned aerial vehicle has the advantages of four kinds of unmanned aerial vehicles, and the applicability, controllability and efficiency of the unmanned aerial vehicle are thus enhanced.
