ARM AND HAND ENDURANCE AND RESISTANCE TRAINING DEVICE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD

An arm and hand endurance and resistance training device comprises a base (1). The base (1) is fixedly connected to a rotary frame (6) by means of a rotary supporting seat (4), so as to form a device main frame. Four rubber foot straps (2), two aluminum checkered plates (3), the rotary supporting seat (4) and a plate cushion (5) are disposed on the base (1). Cushioning blocks (7), limit blocks (8), a steel plate (9) and an adjustment support (12) are disposed at the upper end of the rotary frame (6). A left handle (10) and a right handle (11) for fixing support seats are formed by the steel plate (9) and the adjustment support (12). A weight disc rod (16) is disposed at the front end of the rotary frame (6) and is provided with a weight disc rod aluminum cover (15), an aluminum spacer bush (14) and a weight disc aluminum rear cover (13), so as to form a weight disc placing rack. The arm and hand endurance and resistance training device has a simple structure, is safe to use, has a simple and neat appearance, occupies a smaller space, and has complete functions.
