A hip, waist and abdomen explosive force training device comprises footings (1), a supporting plate (2), and a left-right connection rack (8). The two footings (1) are connected by means of the left-right connection rack (8). An adjustment rack (11) is disposed above the left-right connection rack (8). A plate cushion (12) is connected to the adjustment rack (11). The footings (1) and the adjustment rack (11) are fixed to adjustment holes in the adjustment rack (11) by means of hexalobular internal screws (7), and the footings (1) and the supporting plate (2) are supported and fixed by means of bolts (16) on two sides of the footings. A multi-layer plate (5) and a rubber cushion (6) are disposed on the supporting plate (2).
