An incombustible heating type electronic smoking device provided a cover flipping mechanism comprises a housing (1), an upper cover (11) and a lower cover (12) disposed at two ends of the housing, and a support (13) disposed in the housing. A heating tube (2), a control circuit board (4) and a battery (5) are disposed on the support. The heating tube is used for allowing a cigarette to be inserted in and is used for heating the cigarette. An upper cover cigarette hole (110) allowing the cigarette to be inserted in is formed in a position of the upper cover located above the heating tube. A cover flipping mechanism (6) is disposed below the upper cover cigarette hole. The cover flipping mechanism is opened inwards to make the cigarette further inserted into the heating tube after the cigarette is inserted into the upper cover cigarette hole, and is automatically closed to plug the upper cover cigarette hole after the cigarette is pulled out. When the electronic smoking device is not used or is carried, the upper cover cigarette hole is closed by the cover flipping mechanism under the action of the elastic force of a torsion spring, small foreign matters are prevented from falling into the heating tube from the upper cover cigarette hole and are prevented from being stuck in the heating tube, the cigarette can be completely inserted into the heating tube when the electronic smoking device is used, and use efficiency reduction and faults are prevented.
