NANOCARRIER FOR DELIVERY OF AN ENSCONCED PAYLOAD, METHOD OF ITS PREPARATION, AND APPLICATIONS THEREOF

摘要

Disclosed herein is a nanomaterial-based antifungal agent, particularly an Amphotericin B core encapsulated in a polymeric nanomaterial. Also disclosed is the manner of its preparation by an customized electrostatic liquid liquid phase separation – solvent evaporation method. Yet further disclosed are applications of said antifungal agent, particularly effective for amelioration of opportunistic / drug-resistant / nosocomial fungal diseases.
