An optimized optical nuchal device (100) is described, configured for simulating a virtual reality, physically connected through first elastic means (3) to at least one audio device (200), the audio device (200) being composed of: two electro- acoustic elements (4) each coated by at least one case equipped on its external surface with at least one slit (8) configured for passing the first elastic means (3); and at least one rigid element (6) configured for mutually and rigidly connecting the two electro-acoustic elements (4), enabling a correct positioning of the device (100) on the user nape and enabling an optimum adhesion of each of the two electro-acoustic elements (4) through the case on the user ears, guaranteeing an optimum hearing experience.
