The present disclosure relates to a method and a device for setting a time advance group (TAG) identifier, a method and a device for configuring a time advance group (TAG) identifier, user equipment (UE), a base station, and a computer readable storage medium. The method for setting the TAG identifier comprises: receiving configuration information sent by a base station, the configuration information comprising a supplement uplink (SUL) carrier configured for a serving cell of a UE; and setting, according to the configuration information, TAG identifiers (IDs) for the SUL carrier and a non-SUL carrier of the serving cell of the UE. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, a SUL carrier and a non-SUL carrier of a serving cell are assigned into corresponding TAGs by receiving configuration information and setting, according to the configuration information, TAG IDs for the SUL carrier and the non-SUL carrier of the serving cell of the UE respectively.
