INTELLIGENT WATER PUMP CONTROLLER BASED ON INTERNET OF THINGS

An intelligent water pump controller based on the Internet of things is provided with a microprocessor (1), and a water pump control circuit (2), a relay control circuit (3) and a keying control circuit (4) that are connected to the microprocessor (1). A water pump motor is connected to the water pump control circuit (2), and a water pump is connected to the water pump motor. The intelligent water pump controller is also provided with a WIFI module circuit (5), a network interface circuit (6), a sensor circuit (7), a circuit state measurement circuit (8) and a state indication circuit (9) that are connected to the microprocessor (1), and a power supply (10) connected to the microprocessor (1) and all the above circuits. The controller is of an integrated structure, and the controller, an Internet server and an intelligent network terminal form an interconnected and intercommunicated communication network, remotely monitors a variety of parameters of the water pump such as a water pressure and a water temperature according to nearly-arranged sensors, and implements the functions such as automatic pumping control, working parameter information display, anomaly alarm reporting, anomaly stop, RS485 alarm reporting and log management of the water pump.
