Embodiments of the present invention belong to the technical field of pan-tilt cameras, relate to a pan-tilt camera, and are applied to an unmanned aerial vehicle, a camera body (10) of the pan-tilt camera (100) comprising a mounting surface (11) and a connecting surface (12), the connecting surface (12) being provided with a pan-tilt connection (40) which is used to be connected to a pan-tilt (200); the pan-tilt camera (100) comprises a first image acquisition portion (20) and a second image acquisition portion (30), the first image acquisition portion (20) and the second image acquisition portion (30) being provided on the mounting surface (11), the first image acquisition portion (20) and the second image acquisition portion (30) respectively cooperating with corresponding image sensors inside the camera body (10) of the pan-tilt camera (100) to conduct image acquisition so as to output images via two paths. The pan-tilt camera provided in the embodiments of the present invention can perform image acquisition in different scenes, greatly improving the application range of the pan-tilt camera, and meanwhile the acquired image content is more abundant and comprehensive; in addition, the embodiments of the present invention further provide a pan-tilt device and an unmanned aerial vehicle using the pan-tilt camera.
