A method for controlling afflux of sewage in a rainwater pipeline and a sewage pipeline in various areas of a drainage system into a trunk sewer during rainfall. Where existing resources are used to the maximum, by means of rational configuration, primary rain with poor water quality and seriously polluted in various segmentation areas is discharged into a trunk sewer via a sewage interception pipe on a rainwater pipeline, and at the same time, sewage in a sewage pipeline is discharged into the trunk sewer, and then enters a sewage treatment plant for treatment; and rainwater in the middle and late stages is directly discharged into a natural water body. Further disclosed is a system for controlling afflux of sewage in a rainwater pipeline and a sewage pipeline in various areas of a drainage system into a trunk sewer during rainfall.
