Disclosed by the present invention is a method for parking a shared bicycle at a fixed point, comprising the following steps: scanning a QR code on a shared bicycle, and acquiring shared bicycle information; controlling the shared bicycle to unlock according to the shared bicycle information; an area in which a shared bicycle is permitted to be parked continuously broadcasting parking permission information; the shared bicycle acquiring the parking permission information, and automatically locking after a user makes a payment. In the present invention, by means continuously broadcasting the parking permission information in the area in which parking is permitted, the shared bicycle may be automatically locked when the shared bicycle receives the parking permission information and user payment acknowledgement information, thus the shared bicycle is parked in a stipulated area in which parking is permitted so as to effectively prevent the problem of the disorderly parking of shared bicycles, while a vehicle lock may automatically lock after the user acknowledges payment, thereby greatly facilitating the usage of shared bicycles. Meanwhile, further disclosed by the present invention is a system for parking a shared bicycle at a fixed point.
