Disclosed is an oscillating water column and oscillating float combined wave energy conversion apparatus, comprising an oscillating water column system and an oscillating float system, wherein the oscillating water column system is mainly composed of an air cavity (3), a turbine power generation device (4) and an internal support column (10); the oscillating float system is mainly composed of an oscillating float (5), a damping power generator (6) and a pile foundation structure (8); and the oscillating water column system and the oscillating float system are connected by means of the internal support column (10) and the oscillating float (5), and the whole apparatus is fixed to the seafloor by means of the pile foundation structure (8). The apparatus can improve the efficiency of wave energy conversion, and widen the width of a frequency band for energy conversion.
