A sampling method for a simulated asphalt pavement of hot in-place recycling working conditions is provided. The method comprises: selecting an asphalt pavement mixture sampling point in a pavement area scheduled for repair; obtaining a simulation parameter according to an asphalt pavement hot recycling construction design scheme; performing simulated heating, according to the determined simulation parameter, on the asphalt pavement at the selected asphalt pavement mixture sampling point; and scarifying and sampling the pavement under those working conditions. The method scarifies and samples, so as to completely simulate the heating control state of hot in-place recycling construction. The sample obtained by the method fully considers secondary aging of the original pavement's aged asphalt caused by the hot in-place recycling construction. The amount of recycling agents added as determined by experimentation using the sample is exactly the same as the actual amount added during the construction, and the performance of the aged asphalt can be restored to an optimal state, without destroying the granular composition of the recycled asphalt mixture sample.
