FULLY-AUTOMATED SEPARATION PRODUCTION LINE FOR USED LAMINATED GLASS AND SEPARATION METHOD THEREOF

A fully-automated separation production line for laminated glass comprises: a rolling apparatus (1), a heating apparatus (2), a stripping apparatus (3), and an automatic control system for controlling operation of the apparatuses. The rolling apparatus (1), the heating apparatus (2), and the stripping apparatus (3) are sequentially arranged in the same production line direction. A conveyor belt (4) extending to outer sides at two ends of the heating apparatus (2) are provided in the heating apparatus (2). The rolling apparatus (1) is arranged at a feed end of the conveyor belt (4). The stripping apparatus (3) is arranged at a discharge end of the conveyor belt (4). The fully-automated separation production line for laminated glass and a separation method thereof overcome defects of conventional separation of laminated glass such as requiring a large number of workers and low efficiency, so as to achieve a singular separation production line for laminated glass. The production line requires assistive operations of only one worker to complete production, and is highly automated and efficient. The surface of the film produced by separation is clean and residue-free, thereby improving quality control.
