Disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention are an agricultural work order management method and system, a computer apparatus, and a computer readable storage medium, used for supervising the planting process of workers, and facilitating the improvement of the correctness and degree of standardisation of the planting process. The method of the embodiments of the present invention comprises: determining the production procedure of crops in a plantation area; on the basis of position information corresponding to the production procedure, configuring coordinate information of a worksite for the production procedure; on the basis of the production procedure and the coordinate information of the worksite, formulating and outputting a work order for workers, the work order comprising the production procedure, the coordinate information of the worksite, and a work time corresponding to the worksite; acquiring worker positioning information; and, on the basis of the positioning information and the work order, supervising the work process of the workers.
