The present invention relates to a siloxane bridged trapezoidal polysiloxane terminated with siloxane bridged silane and a preparation method therefor. The present invention provides a siloxane bridged trapezoidal polysiloxane terminated with siloxane bridged silane (i.e. bifunctional I-shaped silane) and a preparation method therefor. The siloxane bridge group terminated trapezoidal polysiloxane having the following general formula is obtained by co-hydrolyzing a tetrafunctional I-shaped siloxane bridged siloxane monomer and a bifunctional I-shaped siloxane bridged silane and regulating the polymerization and end-capping reactions by forming a trapezoidal superstructure by means of synergistic action of super-molecular weak bonds. Compared to typical monofunctional terminated siloxane bridged trapezoidal polysiloxanes, the degree of polymerization and the degree of end-capping completion of such bifunctional I-shaped silane terminated trapezoidal polysiloxanes can be effectively controlled. The polymer has excellent heat resistance, good mechanical properties and good compatibility with general organic polymers. Furthermore, the raw materials used in this end-capping manner are simple and easily obtained, are low cost, and are suitable for industrialization. (I)
