An unmanned vending method and device based on identity identification and product identification, the method comprising: detecting position information of registered users (101); for each registered user, when determining that the registered user has arrived at a preset position of a preset store, identifying the registered user and a product acquired by the registered user at the preset store in order to acquire user information of the registered user and product information (102); the product information comprises price; and the user information comprises account information; combining the price of all of the products to determine a total amount to be paid, and completing payment in the account information (103). Unmanned vending is therefore implemented automatically, greatly increasing efficiency and reducing usage costs, facilitating the smooth flow of people, and enhancing the user experience.
