摘要
The present invention is a computer-implemented invention comprising a method for generating a numerical model for representing a magnetic core for a magnetic induction element. The method according to the invention establishes a range of magnetic permeability values for which a plurality of discrete values are determined, and a process to optimize the volume of the magnetic induction element is applied to said discrete values. From all of the magnetic permeability values taken into account, the method selects the value with the smallest volume. In particular, the core generated using the method, according to any of the embodiments, can be transmitted to a 3D printer with ferromagnetic material with the magnetic permeability value μ established by the numerical model, giving rise to the magnetic core as a physical entity. The process used to generate the numerical model for representing the magnetic core involves at least one coil wound around the magnetic core, giving rise to the magnetic induction element.
