The present invention relates to an endoscope device for biportal endoscopic spinal surgery. The device comprises: a guide tube, which is a hollow tube-shaped member extending in the longitudinal direction thereof and having a tip end capable of reaching a target site in a body during use, the guide tube receiving a probe of an endoscope camera therein; a saline solution guide part which is mounted on the rear end of the guide tube and guides a saline solution injected from the outside into the guide tube; and an adapter part which is located at the rear end of the guide tube and guides a probe of an endoscope camera to be used to the guide tube.
