A method for an information processing system to automatically process information about disaster vulnerability with respect to torrential rain according to some embodiments includes: a step for analyzing the current disaster vulnerability with respect to torrential rain of an analysis target city, wherein data about current torrential rain exposure, data about current regions that are potentially vulnerable to torrential rain, and data about current city elements that are vulnerable to torrential rain are superposed and analyzed; and a step for performing at least any one among a 1-1 calculation process for acquiring the data about current torrential rain exposure, a 1-2 calculation process for acquiring the data about current regions that are potentially vulnerable to torrential rain, and a 1-3 calculation process for acquiring the data about current city elements that are vulnerable to torrential rain.
