The grain-boundary filling heat processing is performed with respect to baking stack obtained by baking laminated structure consisting of non-baked sheet and alternately laminated piezoelectric layers (111,112,131,132) and internal electrode layers (121,122) consisting of lead zirconate titanate (PZT), so that grain-boundary filling factor of lead type glass in crystal grain boundary in piezoelectric layers is 95% or more.
