Provided is a surgical navigation system based on imaging fiber (7), comprising a light source unit (1) providing different emitted lights, an objective lens unit (2), an imaging unit (3), an image processing unit (4) and a display unit (5), wherein the objective lens unit (2) is arranged on goggles (10) or a head mounted device (11) for collecting various image signals formed by fluorescent signals generated by scattering, reflecting or exciting by a to-be-tested object irradiated by different emitted lights; the imaging unit (3) is configured to receive different image signals and form various images, and provided with an image input interface, and the output end of the imaging fiber (7) is detachably connected to the image input interface of the imaging unit (3), and the display unit (5) is arranged on the goggles (10) or the head mounted device (11) for displaying the images. The surgical navigation system can break through the limitation of the size and number of the imaging unit itself, so that a fluorescence imaging device in large volume and weight can be applied to smart glasses or head-mounted imaging systems to provide high-sensitivity and multi-wavelength selective functional imaging such as fluorescence imaging.
