The present invention relates to a projection control method, comprising: obtaining a depth image collected by a depth image acquisition system; processing the depth image collected by the depth image acquisition system to obtain a 3D point cloud; analyzing the 3D point cloud to identify a projection plane of a projection system, and calculating a boundary of a projection image on the projection plane according to a relative position relation, angle, and projection angle between the depth image acquisition system and the projection system, wherein the relative position relation between the depth image acquisition system and the projection system is fixed and known; identifying a control object in the 3D point cloud; and determining the position relation of the control object with respect to the projection image, and generating a control signal according to the position relation and sending the control signal to a projection source device so as to realize an interactive operation. The present invention also provides a projection control apparatus and a projection interaction system. The projection interactive system can provide an effective interaction operation so as to improve the user experience.
