Disclosed in the present invention are a fisheye lens-based positioning system, positioning method and charging method by means of radio waves. A spatial positioning module comprises a fisheye lens, an antenna end surface, a receiving antenna, and a receiver; the fisheye lens is provided with a convex lens group and a concave lens group, the convex lens group and the concave lens group being sequentially arranged; the antenna end surface is disposed at the focal plane of the fisheye lens; the receiving antenna is disposed at the upper end of the antenna end surface, at least one receiving antennas is provided, and the receiving antenna forms an antenna array; the number of receiver channels corresponds to that of the receiving antenna, the receiver is connected to the receiving antenna, and the receiver is connected to a signal control module; a connection relationship is established between the signal control module and the spatial positioning module by means of the receiver. According to the present invention, multiple users can be positioned by means of the fisheye lens and the receiving antenna, the space occupation rate can be reduced; the present invention can be further applied to charging by means of radio waves, the mobile charging of medium-power equipment and small-power equipment and the directional transmission of energy are implemented, thereby improving the energy utilization rate.
