Provided is a smart bark-stopping method, the bark-stopping method comprising: acquiring an animal sound signal (S1), and determining whether to generate a sound notification according to the animal sound signal (S2); if yes, then sending the generated sound notification to a server so as to forward the sound notification to a terminal equipment by means of the server (S3), and receiving a bark-stopping notification fed back by the terminal equipment according to the sound notification (S4); and executing a bark-stopping action according to the bark-stopping notification (S5). Further provided are a smart bark-stopping device and system. The smart bark-stopping method, device and system are used to monitor whether a household pet produces sound, and may stop barking by means of remote control.
