An early warning level determining method, apparatus, and device, and a readable storage medium. The method comprises: when detecting that a preset timing is reached, obtaining registration information of first objects in a system and markup information of second objects in a blacklist, the registration information comprising a document type, a document number, and an object name; matching the registration information with the markup information of each second object in the blacklist to determine matching degree information of each first object; and determining an early warning level of each first object according to the matching degree information. By means of multi-dimensional matching between the registration information and the markup information, determination of different matching degree information according to different matching degrees therebetween, and determination of different early warning levels according to the different matching degree information, an early warning level can be determined more accurately, and different processing mechanisms can be adopted for first objects of different early warning levels, thereby implementing accurate service decision according to the early warning level.
