A variable altitude double-VGT two-stage adjustable boost control method comprises: a diesel engine ECU (31) querying and storing an initial boost pressure MAP according to an intake air temperature, a pressure and a diesel engine operating condition, and correcting the initial boost pressure MAP by means of an intake air temperature sensor (12) to obtain a target boost pressure MAP; and converting, by means of a driving circuit, digital signals into execution electrical signals of a low-pressure stage VGT actuator (14), a high-pressure stage VGT actuator (30) and a high-pressure stage turbine bypass valve actuator (32), and enabling the microcontrollers in the low-pressure stage VGT actuator (14), the high-pressure stage VGT actuator (30) and the high-pressure stage turbine bypass valve actuator (32) to adjust, according to the differences between the target boost pressure and the actual boost pressures fed back thereby, the opening position of a high-pressure stage compressor bypass valve (24), the opening position of a high-pressure stage turbine bypass valve (25), and the opening position of high-pressure stage VGT blades (18, 22) in real time.
